Back in München

Well my trip I would say was rather successful. Airport security got a whole lot more ridiculous, I had interviews with several officals in Germany, the Uk and a random "explosives" check in Sydney -  After 28 hours of flying.  Needless to say I made it back home in one peice.

New Zealand is gorgeous this time of year! 30 degrees and sunny, amazing after leaving München with -2 and snowing! It's amazing how green NZ is after Europe. My dad had a great saying from a visiting canadian which pretty much sums up what I felt too: "Your' birds here just seem to fly for the hell'a flyin'". 

After a lighting quick visit filled with shenanigans and meeting most of my old friends during the week and of course Giles and Sheree's wedding made it very spectacular!  

Big ups to NZ!

Thanks to the boys at Silverstripe, who put up beers on a tuesday despite webstock which was in full swing that week! 

I also had my first chance at being best man, quite an experiance but everything went off with out a hitch, and the lovely couple are now honeymooning in Queensland.

Flying back was easy, although made somewhat interesting with my barricuda mountain bike I decided to take back with me for the ever approaching summer.

It's nice to be back in the land of beer! Luckily we had great weather this weekend and even managed to get to the 'Englisher gartens' for some maß action with some lovely people.

I'll try and remember to update this more often with the happenings around München. I'd been so busy with travelling that I hadn't even updated it in a month!!!!  Shocking!
